What is a comprehensive online weight loss program that contains diet, exercise, and motivational challenges?
I’m looking to find an online weight loss program which offers a diet component (meal plan, recipes, information about healthy food choices), exercise (customized workouts which are tailored to a person’s fitness level), professional support (access to registered dietitians, personal trainers, etc), a thriving community (support boards), and little challenges to keep me motivated and continuing with the program. It would be fun if some little prizes were offered for being the best competitor in the challenges (protein shakes, fat caliper, etc). I’m concerned more about the features and reputation rather than the cost. Thank you.
