i was wondering if anyone knew of a really healthy lowfat diet food other than fruits and veggies (im already getting plenty)
cottage cheese and low fat yogurt are two of the best IMO.
Turkey Roll-Ups with Lettuce and Tomato are a great low fat lunch or dinner. Use the whole wheat, low fat wraps and mustard instead of mayo.
