Fat free yogurt=quick weight loss?
If I eat fat free yougut for every meal(breakfast, lunch, dinner) and only that how much weight could i lose and how fast. Dont tell me its unhealthy because I dont care. Im 14, a little over 5′2 and around 100 pounds.
Oh ya, I have been eating not more than 500 cals a day for about a year now. Everyone says im really thin but trus me, im NOT
Lets see… a) it doesn’t sound to me like you’re over weight. b) it is unhealthy, you might not think you care but you should! c) eating too few calories will destroy your metabolism and result in it being harder for you to loose weight (and may result in you gaining weight over time since I’m sure you don’t intend to eat an all yogurt diet forever)
If your worried about your weight you should talk to your family doctor.
