VAT Payments In Plimus
According to the agreement we made with Plimus E-Commerce, we can accept the EUCO 2009 payments as PayPal and Credit Card transfers. Direct PayPal payments and other payment systems either do not accept money transfer to Turkish bank accounts or charge high costs. Because of these difficulties and the benefits, we are working with Plimus E-commerce.
We contacted Plimus about the extra VAT Payments required from some (according to their IP and address details) of the participants who registered in September 14 and September 15 (Pacific Time). We are informed that this was an error and there haven't been such requirements from September 16. It was an error caused by the Plimus' system and we are very sorry for any inconvenience.
You can get a refund of the VAT you've paid, when you apply to the concerning institutions about the VAT refund in your country with the information given to you by Plimus. If you do not want to or unable to apply for a VAT refund in your country, we can refund the full payment you have made, reserving your package to you for 1 month. If you decide to pay within this period of one month, you need to pay the price you paid in your first payment, excluding VAT (The current price of the package in that time will have no effect on the amount).
